Account Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Support project teams to ensure projects are kept on track in terms of delivery as well as financially;
  • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work;
  • Manage new and existing customer integrations, working cross-functionally to deliver defined services in the agreed upon timeframe and according to client expectations;
  • Communicating timely, clear updates, risk assessment and issue resolutions to clients;
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients;
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables;
  • Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period;
  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Effectively managing the feedback loop with the client.

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator or similar role;
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Familiarity with the Agile framework;
  • Organizational and leadership abilities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills;
  • Problem-solving aptitude;
  • Creative thinking skills;
  • Relevant certification as Agile Manager/PM is a bonus.
