Customer Care Specialist
The tasks we will trust you with:
- Proactively monitoring and addressing all client-related issues;
- Working closely with both technical and non-technical teams;
- Effectively using technical documentation to provide appropriate solutions/alternatives to clients;
- Handling client complaints and offering quality service to them via email;
- Timely escalating issues to corresponding teams;
- Replying to clients according to Salt Edge’s procedures, guidelines and policies.
You’re the one we’re looking for if:
- Your English is Advanced level (especially written);
- You have previous experience in technical/customer support;
- You’re an approachable person with great business communication skills;
- You have good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- You’re client oriented and approach client issues in an ethical manner;
- You’re very attentive to details;
- You have good planning and time-management skills.
Bonus skills:
- Technical education or knowledge in the field of information technology.
