You'll be in charge of handling the connecting between our business clients and our Spectre Data Aggregation API, helping them to implement our products and make sure they work as intended. You’ll work closely with our development and support teams and improve both communication and technical skills.
Proactively monitor and address all customer related issues (integration with our API, feature improvements, new bank integration request, customers’ maintenance, etc)
Keep in touch with our customers via emails, calls and other means of communication
Reply to customers within 24 hours
Fluency and Literacy in English
Structured working approach
Being able to deal with several different tasks at the same time
Fast learning ability
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and retention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Russian, Romanian, German, French, Spanish or other languages
Proven track record in a highly-professional customer management
