You'll be in charge of Customer Support and Localization (which is the main reason why we ask for fluency in English and Russian), translations, and keeping in touch with our freelancing members/ employees.
Proactively monitor and address all customer success related issues (Support Desk, App Stores, Community responses)
Monitor the Backlog and keep User Feedback up-to-date
Reply to users within 24 hours
Fluency and Literacy in English, Russian
Structured working approach
Being able to deal with several different tasks at the same time
Fast learning ability
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and retention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Romanian, German, Spanish or other languages
Proven track record in a highly-professional customer service
