Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:

You'll be in charge of Customer Support and Localization (which is the main reason why we ask for fluency in English and Russian), translations, and keeping in touch with our freelancing members/ employees.

  • Proactively monitor and address all customer success related issues (Support Desk, App Stores, Community responses)
  • Monitor the Backlog and keep User Feedback up-to-date
  • Reply to users within 24 hours

Main requirements:

  • Fluency and Literacy in English, Russian
  • Structured working approach
  • Being able to deal with several different tasks at the same time
  • Fast learning ability

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues

Bonus skills:

  • Romanian, German, Spanish or other languages
  • Proven track record in a highly-professional customer service
